16 months

So I have a funny Aubrey story from today (which is her 16 month b-day!). Aubrey loves to help mommy put away the groceries. By this I mean she pulls things out of the grocery bag and proudly brings them to me. I am trying to teach her to say "thank you" so each time she gives me something I say very loudly "thank you Aubrey". Well, today I cut the grocery shopping too close to lunch, so I was getting lunch ready for us while she was bringing me groceries. As I was making our sandwich I heard a loud "SPLAT!"  Running into the dining room I find an entire carton of eggs splattered all over the floor! As I gasp, Aubrey looks up with egg all over her and says, "Thank you Aubrey!"  I couldn't help but laugh at my little helper and was proud that she learned "thank you."
