We left off at Nate's 30th birthday, here is the birthday boy with his cake and girls (minus mommy:)!
The next day Mimi and Pa got here to spend Thanksgiving week with us! We took Aubrey and Reagan to fly their first kite while they were here and it was a big hit.
(I didn't take any pics so Mimi sent me a few from their visit).....
As always Mimi and Pa came bearing gifts! We went out one night for dinner and Aubrey just had to wear her new cowgirl boots they bought. This girl loves to dance and they had live music so she showed off some of her moves...
Then we got up on Thanksgiving day and ran the Turkey Trot. We hope to start this tradition with our girls.
Mommy and Daddy running...
Pa and Aubrey cheering, it was a bit chilly that morning!
Then we ate our yummy Thanksgiving dinner. Here is Aubrey with the delicious turkey that Nate and Pa brined!
After Mimi and Pa left Nana and Pap came to visit for a few days. Our first stop was a visit with Santa. Aubrey was NOT a Santa fan last year but she has been asking to go see him every day since she saw a big fake Santa at Michael's craft store. She was really excited to sit on his lap and wasn't scared a bit. I am not sure if Reags knew what was going on, she just followed what her big sister did:)
The picture cracks me up because they don't look excited at all and all three of them have the same leery look on their faces. Aubrey asked Santa for a crayon, she is easy to please!
The next stop was the Virginia Aquarium. The girls had a blast and Nana bought us a membership so Mommy doesn't go stir crazy this winter!
In the meantime Reagan turned 7 months and is crawling and pulling up on everything. She is way ahead of where Aubrey was at this age but I think its because Reagan has her to watch and keep up with. Here are two pics I took yesterday of the girls, growing up way to fast!

Love the photo update! Wishing I was back at the beach to visit with you all. Soon enough I'll be home - with Ellie on tow! Can't wait! Love to you all!
