Tokyo DisneySea

Nate has been out to sea for over a month but he was able to come home for a few days before going to Hawaii for a conference (rough life huh). We made the last minute decision to take the girls to Tokyo DisneySea one day because we weren't able to go for their birthdays before he left due to weather. We had THE BEST TIME, it was the perfect day to go, no lines and beautiful weather! We have never done anything Disney before so we don't have anything to compare it to but it was just magical and everyone had a blast. DisneySea and Disneyland are right next to each other in Tokyo but we chose DisneySea because it is unique to Tokyo and there is no other like it in the world. I know we will do both parks a few times while we live here but I am glad we did DisneySea first. I forgot my big camera so all I have are some iphone pics but here are a few of our day. Can't wait to go again, we are Disney crazies now:)

At the entrance

So Japanese people are obsessed with Disney and they get all decked out to go to the park. It is awesome and fun to people watch! We plan to buy gaudy Mickey Mouse shirts and hats to wear next time. They really take it to a whole new level its hilarious.

Reagan has been doing the thumbs up sign since before we moved here. Its her thing. Aubrey sticks to the peace sign:)

This was one of Ariel's roller coasters. We seriously rode it at least 10 times, girls are still talking about it! I spy Nate and Aubrey in the first car!

This was from the Toy Story ride. Wow I am obsessed, it was an interactive game/ride. I would have rode it a million times to try and get a better score, it was so fun. It was the only ride in the park with a long(ish) line.

One of our favorite things about the park is you buy a popcorn purse/tin (what Reagan has around her neck below) and at each area there is a different flavor of popcorn to try. Delish, and great for snacking as you are walking and waiting in line.

This was an amazing water parade show! It was a huge performance it was hard to capture on camera.

I took this pic from Aladdin's magic carpet ride!

Nate is tight with the genie!

So King Triton of "The Little Mermaid" had a underwater castle with lots of fun rides. We stayed in here for a long time.

We met Ariel, Aubrey was star struck!

Next up Sydney Australia! Nate has a conference there next and we are meeting him!
