11 months!

Aubrey Lynn is 11 months old today. I put her in her Texas onesie today, she might have been born in Virginia but this girl is all Texan:) We have been fighting a cold/runny nose (I think it's bc of all the pollen!) and teething these past few days, she should have two top teeth any day now. She still sleeps 12 hours at night (even when teething) it's during the day that gets rough because she gets fussy and just isn't herself. Some moms from stroller aerobics told me about homeopathic teething tablets so we are going to give those a try.

Texas Girl on her 11 month birthday!

Our little Turtle loves to eat grass & paper, Mom has a hard time keeping these things out of her mouth!

A few things going on with Aubrey this month.....

*She has taken her first steps on her own. I don't think she is in any hurry to walk but she will take a few steps back and forth to Nate and I.
*Her crawl has turned into a bear crawl, it’s really funny!
*She LOVES to read. Awhile ago all she wanted to do was eat books but now she will mimic words and read on her own. If I say "Aubrey bring mommy a book to read" she will go get one out of the toy box and give it to me!
*She loves to point at things, especially dogs.
*Aubrey loves to "reorganize" the Tupperware cabinet for mom and dad.
*Aubrey has started to feed herself finger foods, she still prefers us to feed her but she will feed herself snacks from her munchkin cup.
*She can waive "bye bye" and loves to waive on her walks around the block in her push car.
I could go on forever so I will stop now. She is really growing up; I can't believe my baby turns 1 next month!!!
