First Haircut

Today I took Aubrey to Pigtails and Crewcuts to get her first haircut! I have been debating on whether to get it trimmed for awhile now. Its at an awkward stage where if I don't pin it back with a bow it completely covers her face. I realize it has to go through an awkward stage to grow out but I thought by getting it trimmed it would get rid of some scraggly ends and clean it up a little.
The hairdresser was very surprised by how much hair Aubrey has growing in under her hair right now. She didn't want to cut bangs because there is so much hair growing in around her forehead and that is the hair that will need to be bangs.
Anyways, I thought she would cry and would be very difficult but she proved me wrong. She sat very still and was really good for the hairdresser.  It was a fun photo op but I don't think it made that big of a difference, I still can't believe I paid $16 for it, but it was a fun Saturday outing for us.
